Payroll & Transactions - Other for B.Sc Graduates (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of payroll processes and financial transactions within the automotive component industry. This role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, and handling various financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

- Manage employee data updates in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation or personal details.

- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure accurate calculation and deduction of taxes, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

- Reconcile payroll reports and identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist in processing various financial transactions, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of payroll and financial transactions.

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations relevant to the Indian context.
