Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage performance management systems and processes.

Design and administer performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and review processes.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with HR and department heads to establish performance standards and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to performance management.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
