We are seeking a motivated Performance Testing Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our IT systems supporting our petrochemical and plastics operations. This role is ideal for B.Sc graduates passionate about optimizing system performance and contributing to cutting-edge technology solutions within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute performance test scripts for various applications and systems.
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
Develop and maintain performance testing tools and frameworks.
Monitor system performance in production and identify areas for optimization.
Document test plans, test cases, and performance test reports.
