Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Performance Testing Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software applications supporting the building material industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute performance, load, stress, and soak tests for various applications.

Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.

Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using relevant tools.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance testing.

Ensure performance requirements are met before application deployment.
