Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique financial goals and challenges.
- Offer personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment planning, wealth management, and banking products.
- Utilize design thinking principles to analyze client needs, map customer journeys, and design bespoke financial service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal product and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant banking and investment products.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to clients.
- Leverage your M.Des perspective to enhance the client experience through innovative communication and service design.
