Petrophysicist (LLB Graduates) - 0-2 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Petrophysicist with an LLB degree to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to leverage their legal acumen in the construction and infrastructure sector. The Petrophysicist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting subsurface geological data, with a specific focus on understanding the legal and contractual implications related to resource exploration and extraction within our projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and mitigating legal risks associated with geological surveys and land acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret geological reports and well log data to identify potential resource reserves and their legal classifications.
- Analyze land titles, permits, and regulatory requirements pertaining to geological exploration and construction activities.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with landowners, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research on property rights, environmental regulations, and mineral laws relevant to project sites.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks and liabilities associated with geological data and project operations.
- Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and legal counsel to provide integrated solutions for project development.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations on legal and geological aspects.
