Physical Design / Layout Engineer - Design (Jaipur) - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Design / Layout Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Jaipur. As a Physical Design / Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for the physical implementation of complex integrated circuits (ICs), ensuring high performance, low power consumption, and optimal area. This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, layout design rules, and EDA tools. You will collaborate with RTL designers, verification engineers, and other cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-custom layout design and optimization for analog, mixed-signal, and digital circuits.
- Develop and maintain layout floorplans, placement, routing, and clock tree synthesis.
- Ensure design compliance with technology design rules (DRC) and layout versus schematic (LVS) checks.
- Optimize layout for performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
- Work closely with circuit designers to understand design requirements and provide feedback on layout feasibility.
- Perform parasitic extraction and timing analysis for critical paths.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to layout methodology improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve layout-related issues throughout the design cycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in layout design.
