Physiotherapist for M.Com Graduates (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree who is looking to apply their analytical and organizational skills in a unique setting within the Animation & VFX industry. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, focusing on employee well-being and injury prevention, particularly for our creative professionals who may experience repetitive strain injuries or ergonomic challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions related to prolonged computer use and repetitive tasks.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and ergonomic advice.
- Educate employees on injury prevention strategies and proper posture/body mechanics.
- Conduct workplace assessments to identify and mitigate ergonomic risks.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote employee health and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and relevant industry trends.
