Pipeline Project Supervisor - Petrochemical / Plastics / Rubber (Chandigarh)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pipeline Project Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and manage pipeline projects within our petrochemical and plastics division. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and possess a strong understanding of pipeline construction, safety regulations, and project management principles. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful and safe execution of pipeline infrastructure projects in Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities on pipeline project sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident reports.

Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

Manage and direct site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
