Placement / Alumni Officer - Diploma Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Placement / Alumni Officer with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening the relationship between our company and educational institutions, facilitating campus placements, and engaging with our alumni network. This role is crucial for talent acquisition and maintaining a strong connection with our past and future workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with polytechnics, ITIs, and other diploma-granting institutions for student outreach and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and selection processes.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and educational qualifications.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Manage and update the alumni database, ensuring accurate contact information.
- Organize alumni meetups, networking events, and engagement programs to foster a sense of community.
- Communicate company updates, career opportunities, and CSR initiatives to alumni.
- Track and report on placement statistics and alumni engagement metrics.
- Provide support to current students seeking career guidance and placement assistance.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align placement strategies with organizational needs.
