Plant Maintenance Manager (1-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a foundational understanding of financial management, inventory control, and operational efficiency within a large-scale manufacturing or production environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and cost-effective operation of our plant facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.

Support in managing spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, and optimizing procurement processes to control costs.

Help track maintenance expenses, analyze cost variances, and contribute to budget preparation and monitoring.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and expenditures.

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance operations.

Assist in analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement in maintenance efficiency and cost reduction.
