PMO Executive (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PMO Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (M.A.) and have a strong understanding of project management principles. You will be instrumental in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in various administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects within our printing and publishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying any potential risks or delays.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Support the preparation of project reports and presentations.
- Help in resource allocation and management for ongoing projects.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights to support project decision-making.
- Manage project-related databases and filing systems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
