We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Power Supply Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a strong academic background, preferably with an LLM degree, to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's power supply infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient operations within our media and entertainment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of all power supply systems, including generators, UPS, and grid connections.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for power infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze power consumption patterns and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards for electrical systems.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for installation, maintenance, and repair of power equipment.
- Manage power budgets and track expenses related to power supply operations.
- Respond to power-related emergencies and implement contingency plans.
- Utilize analytical skills, potentially informed by an LLM background, to interpret complex power data and contractual agreements related to energy procurement.
- Support the legal and compliance team in reviewing and negotiating power supply contracts and service level agreements.
