We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Program Manager with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for overseeing and driving the successful execution of our strategic architectural and interior design programs. You will be responsible for program planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of architectural and interior design programs from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, leveraging your B.Pharma understanding for project intricacies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions.
- Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage program budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes.
- Apply a structured approach to problem-solving, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical project management principles where applicable.
