We are seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a Bachelor of Arts graduate with a strong interest in finance and the maritime industry. You will play a crucial part in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the Ports & Shipping sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence on potential investment targets in the Ports & Shipping industry.

- Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.

- Assist in the structuring and negotiation of transactions.

- Monitor existing portfolio investments and prepare performance reports.

- Collaborate with senior investment professionals and cross-functional teams.
