Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for individuals with 3-4 years of experience in finance, investment, or a related field, who possess a strong understanding of market dynamics and financial modeling, regardless of formal graduation. You will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the building materials sector and related industries, contributing directly to our firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence on potential investment targets in the building material industry and allied sectors across India.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including LBO, DCF, and valuation analyses, to assess investment viability.
- Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, identify value creation opportunities, and support management teams.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors impacting the building materials sector.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals on deal sourcing and relationship management with industry players.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
