Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager - Kochi

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in process improvement methodologies and a Bachelor of Science degree. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our operations, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional architectural and interior design services. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze process inefficiencies within project lifecycles and internal operations.

Develop and implement solutions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen).

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of problems and measure the impact of improvements.

Document process flows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Monitor and report on the performance of implemented processes.
