Process / Operational Excellence for B.Tech/B.E. Graduates (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process / Operational Excellence professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our retail operations. You will be instrumental in identifying bottlenecks, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Design and implement new processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness and identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, IT, Store Operations) to drive process change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Benchmark best practices and implement them across the organization.
- Support the development and deployment of operational excellence tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
