Process Trainer (3-5 Yrs) at Wipro BPO

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Process Trainer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and possess a strong understanding of BPM processes and training methodologies. As a Process Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our BPO associates. You will play a crucial role in onboarding new hires, upskilling existing staff, and ensuring adherence to process standards and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules for new hires and existing employees, covering process workflows, system usage, and soft skills.
- Conduct training sessions in various formats, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training plans to address skill gaps and performance improvement areas.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees, reinforcing learned concepts and best practices.
- Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify training requirements and align training content with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process training and BPO operations.
- Ensure trainees understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
