Proctor / Invigilator - FinTech / Payments (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Proctor / Invigilator to ensure the integrity and smooth conduct of various assessments and examinations within our FinTech operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Com background and 0-2 years of experience, looking to contribute to a dynamic startup environment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a fair and secure testing process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage examination/assessment sessions to ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
* Verify the identity of candidates/participants before they commence any assessment.
* Monitor candidates during the assessment period to prevent any malpractice or unfair means.
* Distribute and collect assessment materials (e.g., question papers, answer sheets) securely.
* Report any irregularities, incidents, or breaches of conduct to the relevant authorities promptly.
* Maintain a safe and conducive environment for all participants.
* Assist in setting up the examination venue and ensuring all necessary equipment is functional.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessment completion.
* Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to understand and implement specific Proctoring guidelines.
