Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase professional with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial for managing the acquisition of various goods and services essential for our auto components manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a keen understanding of legal aspects related to procurement, and the ability to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for direct and indirect materials, equipment, and services.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.

Review and draft procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Advise on legal implications of contractual terms.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, monitor supplier performance, and manage any discrepancies or issues.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and relevant legal regulations affecting procurement.

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
