Product Development Engineer (3-5 Yrs) - Printing & Publishing

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Development Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of product development processes within the printing and publishing industry. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing new packaging products to market, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, production) to identify new product opportunities and market trends in packaging.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into innovative and feasible packaging designs.
• Develop prototypes and conduct testing to evaluate product performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create detailed product specifications, technical drawings, and bill of materials.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
• Continuously improve existing product designs and manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in printing technology, materials, and packaging design trends.
