Product Manager - Insurance - Gems & Jewellery

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager - Insurance with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing insurance products tailored for our extensive customer base within the Gems & Jewellery sector. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the research and development of new insurance products and features, focusing on the unique needs of our jewellery customers.

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, legal, operations) and external insurance partners to ensure successful product launch and ongoing management.

Develop clear and concise product documentation, including policy details, terms, and conditions.

Support the creation of marketing and sales collateral to effectively communicate product value propositions.

Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on product health and customer satisfaction.

Ensure all product offerings comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
