We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager - Loans with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role will be instrumental in developing and managing innovative financial products and solutions, particularly focusing on loan management systems and processes within the corporate structure of our animation and VFX services. You will bridge the gap between legal requirements, financial strategies, and product development, ensuring compliance and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new loan products and features.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering teams to define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
- Ensure all product development adheres to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly those related to lending and corporate finance.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring successful implementation and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of financial models and business cases for new product initiatives.
