Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for product development and a knack for understanding customer needs in the financial services domain, specifically within the lending space. You will contribute to the strategy, development, and launch of innovative loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new loan products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, legal) to define product requirements and features for loan products.

Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on existing loan products.

Help in creating product documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Monitor product performance metrics and report on key insights.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies for loan products.
