Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Engineer with 1-3 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic team in the Food Processing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles applied to food production, process control, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Implement and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality control standards within the production facility.
- Conduct process validation and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues.
- Work closely with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure smooth scale-up of new products and continuous improvement of existing ones.
- Maintain detailed production records, including batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and operational logs.
- Train and supervise junior production staff as needed.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods related to the production line.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
