Production Manager (Oil & Gas) (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our specialized Oil & Gas industry courses. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of production processes and a passion for EdTech, who can translate complex technical content into engaging learning experiences. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end production lifecycle of our Oil & Gas programs, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and learner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end production process for Oil & Gas online courses, from content conceptualization to final delivery.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and content creators to develop high-quality learning materials.

Ensure all course content aligns with industry standards and learner objectives within the Oil & Gas sector.

Oversee the creation of various learning assets, including videos, interactive modules, assessments, and case studies.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and within-budget course launches.

Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of course content and delivery.

Analyze learner feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on course content.

Stay updated with the latest trends in Oil & Gas industry and EdTech to inform course development strategies.
