Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Production / Manufacturing Head with 2-3 years of experience, specifically holding an LLB degree, to join our team at HDFC Bank in Mumbai. This role will involve overseeing operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and contributing to the efficient manufacturing of financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of legal principles and their application in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies for financial product manufacturing.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to relevant legal and regulatory guidelines, including RBI mandates and banking laws.
- Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and compliance policies related to financial services production.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
- Support the optimization of workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Participate in audits and ensure documentation meets legal and internal standards.
- Provide insights on how legal frameworks impact operational decisions.
