Production / Manufacturing Head - Electronic Components / Semiconductors (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production / Manufacturing Head with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day production operations within our electronic components manufacturing facility. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor production output and quality control measures to meet company standards.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Implement and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Ensure timely production of components according to schedule and demand.
