Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Communication Trainer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for enhancing the professional communication skills of our engineers and researchers within the electronic components and semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep theoretical knowledge and practical experience in communication strategies, technical writing, and presentation skills, tailored for a highly technical audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on effective technical communication, including written reports, proposals, and documentation.
Develop and conduct workshops on presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal communication for a scientifically and technically oriented workforce.
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to improve their communication effectiveness in internal and external engagements.
Assess training needs and tailor content to address specific communication challenges within the semiconductor industry.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in communication training and adult learning principles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Contribute to the development of internal communication guidelines and standards.
