Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with an LLB degree to join our Production & Manufacturing team in Jaipur. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic banking environment. The successful candidate will support various operational processes, focusing on compliance, documentation, and process improvement within our manufacturing-related banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the review and analysis of production-related documentation and contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the compliance team in implementing and monitoring manufacturing-related banking policies and procedures.
- Conduct preliminary legal research on banking laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing sector financing.
- Help in managing and organizing legal and operational documents for production and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of banking services for manufacturing clients.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance within the production and manufacturing support functions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational activities and compliance status.
