We are seeking an experienced Production Professional to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in production operations, preferably within the beverage or pharmaceutical industry, and hold a B.Pharma degree. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and high-quality output of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.

Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production facility.

Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product integrity and consistency.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely procurement for uninterrupted production.

Train and mentor junior production staff.
