Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager - Manufacturing with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will support the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes within the printing and publishing sector. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a foundational understanding of manufacturing principles. You will assist in overseeing production schedules, quality control, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes for printed materials.
- Monitor production schedules and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
- Coordinate with different departments, including pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
- Help manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Support in training and guiding junior production staff.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the manufacturing facility.
