Property Manager - Media MNC (Chandigarh) - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our real estate assets and facilities in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a candidate with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our properties, maintaining high standards of service, and managing all aspects of property upkeep and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of company-owned and leased properties in Chandigarh.

Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and service providers.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and lease agreements.

Manage tenant relationships, address inquiries and concerns, and facilitate smooth move-in/move-out processes.

Develop and manage property budgets, including operational expenses, capital improvements, and rent collection.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues.

Utilize property management software and IT systems for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.

Assist in lease negotiations and renewals.

Coordinate with security and facilities management teams to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
