Psychology Teacher - Retail Sector (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Psychology Teacher with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their understanding of human behavior and legal principles within the fast-paced retail environment. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering training modules focused on customer psychology, employee behavior, and ethical conduct within our Kochi operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and delivery of training programs on customer psychology, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.

Conduct workshops for retail staff on understanding consumer behavior, motivation, and decision-making processes.

Apply principles of psychology to improve employee engagement, team dynamics, and conflict resolution within the store.

Utilize understanding of legal frameworks (from LLB) to ensure all training materials and employee interactions comply with relevant labor laws and ethical standards.

Support the HR and Training departments in assessing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of programs.

Research and stay updated on the latest trends in consumer psychology and retail best practices.

Provide basic counseling or guidance to employees on workplace-related behavioral issues, maintaining confidentiality.
