Pulmonologist (3-5 Yrs) | Jaipur

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pulmonologist to join our occupational health team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for ensuring the respiratory health and well-being of our employees within the automotive components manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational lung diseases and preventive care strategies, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This position does not require postgraduate specialization but necessitates a solid foundation in general medicine with a focus on pulmonology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for employees, with a specific focus on respiratory health.

- Diagnose and manage common and complex respiratory conditions, including occupational lung diseases.

- Develop and implement preventive health programs and awareness campaigns related to respiratory wellness.

- Provide consultation and treatment for work-related respiratory ailments and general medical issues.

- Interpret diagnostic tests such as spirometry, chest X-rays, and other relevant pulmonary function tests.

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employee consultations and treatments.

- Collaborate with HR and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) teams to address workplace health hazards and promote a safe working environment.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pulmonology and occupational health.
