Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Quality Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM degree and a strong understanding of quality management principles within the petrochemical or plastics industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality certifications.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new quality metrics.
