Quality Assurance - Other - M.A Professionals

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance professional with a Master's degree to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance within the food processing industry, focusing on maintaining and improving product quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address deviations.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports, records, and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to food quality and safety.
- Participate in supplier audits and ensure the quality of incoming materials.
- Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance principles and practices.
