Quality Consultant (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our e-learning content and delivery mechanisms. You will collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and product teams to identify areas for improvement and implement robust quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for e-learning modules, platform features, and user interfaces.
- Conduct thorough reviews of educational content for accuracy, clarity, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Identify, document, and track defects and bugs, working closely with development and content teams for resolution.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to identify quality issues and recommend solutions.
- Participate in the design and review of new features and functionalities to ensure quality standards are met from the outset.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and educational best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality assurance procedures.
