Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Specialist with 2-3 years of experience, holding an M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic management consulting team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our consulting deliverables, contributing to process improvements, and supporting project teams in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and checklists for various consulting engagements.
- Identify and analyze quality issues, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our consulting methodologies.
- Maintain a database of quality metrics and generate regular reports on quality performance.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in quality management and consulting.
- Assist in training junior team members on quality standards and procedures.
