Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Trainer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on quality standards, processes, and methodologies within our automotive component manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of quality principles and effective training delivery techniques, suitable for candidates with any postgraduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training modules on quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis (RCA), and other relevant quality tools and techniques.
Conduct training sessions for production, quality control, and other relevant departments, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods like feedback forms, quizzes, and on-the-job observations.
Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to enhance their understanding and application of quality principles.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality management and training methodologies.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training interventions.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
