Quality Trainer - Media, Entertainment & Telecom (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Trainer with 2-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to ensure the highest standards of quality within our Media, Entertainment & Telecom operations. This role is crucial in upskilling our workforce and maintaining excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored for quality assurance processes in the Media, Entertainment & Telecom sectors.

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels, focusing on quality standards, best practices, and operational procedures.

Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the team, recommending appropriate training interventions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring, making necessary adjustments.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality management and adult learning principles.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees to reinforce learning and ensure application of knowledge.
