Refinery Operations Manager (1-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and analytically skilled Refinery Operations Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role involves supporting our investment banking division by providing operational insights and analysis related to the energy and refining sector for potential investments, due diligence, and client advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct operational due diligence on target companies within the refinery and petrochemical sectors.

Analyze refinery processes, production efficiency, and cost structures to identify areas for improvement and risk assessment.

Develop financial models and valuation analyses for refinery assets and operations.

Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and client reports.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the refining sector.

Collaborate with senior bankers and industry experts to provide strategic advice to clients.
