Refinery Operator - Import & Export (Bhubaneshwar) - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Operator with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a strong understanding of the financial and operational aspects of refinery operations within the import and export domain. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our refinery processes while adhering to all safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing various refinery units, managing inventory, and contributing to financial reporting related to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control refinery processes and equipment to ensure optimal production and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain various refinery units, including distillation, cracking, and reforming units.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and operational procedures.
- Perform routine checks and calibrations of instruments and equipment.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, including production volumes, yields, and quality control data.
- Support the financial aspects of refinery operations, including cost tracking and variance analysis from an M.Com perspective.
- Participate in the import and export processes related to crude oil and refined products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the refinery operations.
