Release Manager (3-4 Yrs) - Bangalore

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Release Manager with 3-4 years of experience in managing software release cycles within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of release processes, change management, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and mitigating release-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across various environments (development, testing, production).
- Manage the end-to-end release process, including build, deployment, and rollback strategies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure release readiness and alignment.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Identify and mitigate release risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Maintain release documentation, including release notes, deployment plans, and status reports.
- Track and report on release metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational change management policies and procedures.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decisions.
