Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Release Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate passionate about streamlining product releases and ensuring smooth transitions. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to manage the release lifecycle of our building material products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating software release schedules and activities.

Support the execution of release processes, including build, test, and deployment activities.

Document release notes, deployment plans, and rollback procedures.

Monitor the release environment and identify potential issues or risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product releases.

Participate in post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement.

Learn and apply best practices in release management and CI/CD pipelines.
