We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate / Engineer with a legal background to join our corporate team in Nagpur. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor changes in maritime laws and corporate governance regulations.
- Support the legal and compliance team in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide legal insights.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of research findings.
- Assist in due diligence processes and risk assessment for corporate activities.
