Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Reservation Executive with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our Investment Banking operations in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and hospitality services for our investment banking professionals and clients. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the scheduling and booking of all internal and external meeting rooms, ensuring optimal utilization and availability.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for bankers and visiting clients.
• Handle hospitality arrangements for meetings, ensuring catering, refreshments, and necessary equipment are in place.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, travel itineraries, and expenses.
• Liaise with administrative staff and external vendors to resolve any operational issues.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and client-facing events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to reservations and travel.
