Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate over-the-counter respiratory aids, nebulizers, and related accessories.
- Provide basic information and guidance on the proper usage of respiratory devices and products, adhering to company protocols.
- Ensure accurate inventory management for respiratory care products, including stock checks, replenishment, and expiry date monitoring.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of respiratory products in the retail pharmacy.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other store staff to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on new respiratory care products and general health trends relevant to the retail pharmacy setting.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to respiratory products professionally and empathetically.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to dispensing and customer safety.
