Restaurant Manager - SRF Limited (Gurgaon)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our employee dining facility at our Gurgaon location. This role is crucial in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our staff, contributing to their well-being and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food service management, inventory control, and team leadership, combined with a unique analytical approach possibly honed through a BCA background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train kitchen and service staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, stocktaking, and minimizing waste.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
